Leadership Workshops that unsettle comfortable thinking

Most leadership training confirms what you already believe. Ours doesn't. We create the conditions for genuine shifts — the kind that change how your team makes decisions under pressure, navigates conflict, and sustains momentum long after the workshop ends.

Choose the format that fits your challenge

We don't run a single programme on repeat. Each format is built around a different leadership pressure point, so you invest time where it matters most.

The one-day intensive

Eight hours of focused work on a single leadership dilemma your team is facing right now. We bring a structured framework, you bring the real problem. By end of day, you leave with a tested action plan — not a binder of theory. Ideal for teams of six to fourteen people who need momentum fast.

The three-day deep dive

Spread across three consecutive days, this format lets participants sit with discomfort instead of rushing past it. Day one exposes blind spots, day two rebuilds frameworks, and day three stress-tests new approaches through live simulations. Best suited for senior leadership cohorts navigating organisational change.

The six-week cohort programme

A weekly half-day session over six weeks, with field assignments between meetings. Participants apply concepts in their actual work context and return to debrief outcomes with peers. This format builds lasting behavioural change rather than a single burst of inspiration. Cohorts are capped at ten.

Executive retreat

A two-day off-site experience held in a regional Queensland setting, designed for boards and C-suite teams. Combines structured facilitation with unstructured reflection time. We handle logistics so your team can focus entirely on the strategic questions that matter. Limited to four retreats per quarter.

How a workshop unfolds

There is no slideshow marathon. Every step is designed to create genuine engagement and measurable shifts in how your people lead.

1

Discovery conversation

Before any workshop begins, we spend sixty to ninety minutes with your key stakeholders to understand the real dynamics at play — not just the surface-level brief. This conversation shapes the entire session design and ensures we address the tensions that actually slow your team down.

2

Custom design

Our facilitators build a bespoke workshop architecture around your discovery insights. We select exercises, case provocations, and reflection prompts that map directly to your organisational context. No two workshops share the same run sheet.

3

Live facilitation

On the day, we guide your team through a carefully sequenced experience that balances challenge with psychological safety. Expect candid dialogue, scenario-based problem solving, and moments of productive discomfort that catalyse genuine insight.

4

Debrief and integration

Within a fortnight of the workshop, we deliver a detailed debrief document and hold a follow-up call with sponsors. We identify which commitments are sticking and where additional support might be needed, so the work doesn't evaporate once everyone returns to their desks.

What shifts after a workshop

Case study: a regional health network

A network of four community health centres in rural Queensland was struggling with leadership turnover. Three clinical directors had resigned within eighteen months, citing a lack of support and unclear decision-making authority. The board engaged us for a three-day deep dive with the remaining leadership team.

Through structured dialogue and role-clarity mapping exercises, the team identified that authority was being hoarded at board level while accountability was pushed downward. By the end of day three, participants had co-authored a new decision rights charter and committed to monthly peer-coaching triads. At the six-month mark, turnover had stopped, and staff engagement scores had risen by nineteen points.

Common questions

If your question isn't here, reach out directly — we respond within one business day.

We recommend a minimum of four weeks lead time for one-day intensives and six weeks for multi-day formats. Executive retreats require eight to ten weeks because of venue coordination. That said, we have occasionally accommodated urgent requests with as little as two weeks notice when our calendar allows.

Our sweet spot is eight to twelve participants. Smaller groups allow deeper individual engagement, while groups above fourteen tend to fragment into sub-conversations that are harder to facilitate productively. For larger teams, we split into parallel cohorts with coordinated debriefs.

We strongly prefer in-person delivery because the relational dynamics we work with are harder to access through a screen. However, the six-week cohort programme can be delivered in a hybrid format, with the first and final sessions in person and the middle four sessions held via video. Fully virtual workshops are available on request but come with adjusted expectations about depth of impact.

Pricing depends on format, group size, and travel requirements. A one-day intensive for a local Queensland team typically starts around $4,500 AUD. Multi-day formats and retreats are quoted individually after the discovery conversation. We provide a detailed proposal within five business days of that initial call.

Absolutely. While we are based in Queensland and the majority of our workshops happen here, we regularly travel to other Australian states and have facilitated sessions in New Zealand and Singapore. Travel costs are quoted transparently in advance.
